At Scotch & Soda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel over to the designated carrier and keep your proof of postage; we will process your refund within 10-14 business days of receiving the package.
